Teddy Love

Typical me! When I saw the classic Teddy necklace from Vivienne Westwood on sale at Liberty's, I didn't buy it. And now I regret it when it's sold out - would have been perfect for my own little bear..

£190 at Vivienne Westwood, sale was £95...eeek.

I Said Brr

It's so cold outside yet very beautiful when the sun is shining - the snow looks like a glitter bomb, sort of! Before I went out today I checked how cold it was...-10 celsius huh! There was no way that I would put on my wool coat (it is warm though) even if it's prettier than my fluffy down coat. So yes I was hiding in my down coat, it's so comfy and I'm never cold in it but I look like a monster! I wish it could be spring soon but before that I'd like to wear my wool coats a bit more.

If you want a cute wool coat, check net-a-porter's sale!

How To Save £184 (and use them well after)

January is always the month when I usually get a very petit salary. Although it might be hard to save your money right now in this economic crise we're living in (or maybe you save everything because of it!), you can always take away a latte or two - and save some cash *cachiing*.

A regular month can look like this:
£1.6 Latte/coffee at Starbucks, or any other store, before work five days a week = £32
£5.5 Lunch out, maybe sushi, five days a week = £110
Two magazines. Swedish Elle + Vogue UK = £10
£4.1. A coffee and a cupcake to eat while you discuss something important with your friend/friends, twice a week = £32
= £184 (If you smoke a cigarette package/day, then add approx £105 and say hello to £289 instead.)

It's crazy, isn't it? So if you skip a month (if you tend to buy all this or more) then you'd be able to shop something lovely next month. Maybe s scarf by McQueen, Marc Jacobs clutch, chic pencilskirt by Westwood OR any of these fabulous Miu Miu heels (if they're still on sale..)

Early Bed For Miss M

Hello lovers! I haven't been able to comment any blog posts as I've been working and after hours of work I just went straight to my bed. I was supposed to work 'til 9pm tonight but I didn't feel completely well so I went straight home. Guess I'll stay here tomorrow, eating a lot of fruit and maybe some chocolate if my throat manage to swallow the yummy sweets.

Look, the VW boots are now in...BLACK! This isn't good. I can't handle it. I need new booties!
Bedtime now!

PS Haha the image went from small to el grande, very funny I'll fix that tomorrow!

Tighty Tights

It's a lovely autumn day today. The sun is shining, the trees are yellow/green and there's nothing better than to take a walk and just enjoy the weather before it's gone. I've been eating lunch with my mum and dad in the city earlier today and I thought my outfit was quite boring when I had my black nylons on. So I took them off and took on these Westwood-orb tights instead. You can find a lot of lovely tights out in the stores right now in crazy colours á la Blair Waldorf and her gang, lace tights and fun printed tights too. Maybe get some nice hold-ups or stockings from Agent Provocateur for some luxury, that's never wrong. Instead of wearing all black, I'd rather put on my purple tights and I'll definitely get more tights in different colours so my legs can be happy and colourful!

Now: get ready for the workout.

Answering-machine ladies

Work work work. Yes, there's been a lot of work recently but I shouldn't complain. Thank god that Marina is there, she's so encouragingly and everytime she says something funny, someone picks up the phone and I just giggle through the whole conversation with a financial manager or something. Not so proffesional but fun for sure! Another funny thing is that the women who works as a receptionist often sounds like an answering-machine when you call. You just sit there, waiting for the beep to come and then when you not expect it, there is a "Hello?!" shriek in your ear. So annoying! I wonder if I'll get the honor to have the answering-machine voice one day..

I'm a bit concerned about my lovely Chuck Bass, he looks so sad poor sweetie. I hope you all saw the first episode of Gossip Girl season 2, if not you definitely should. I'd love to have my own Chuck so I can give him a Westwood scarf that suits his preppy blazer or it might be better if we both can foray the whole Westwood flagship store together. Spend our weekends reading juicy celebgossip together aswell. Wouldn't that be amazing?

Is it November allready?

It's not even close to my birthday (26th November) and I'm allready trying to make a little wishlist. As you all know, I'm a bit addicted to Miss Westwood but who is not? These low 3-strap shoes in silver are so pretty but they are £260. I could get them myself but I need to hold my wallet and save my money, sad. Thank god for ebay but you can't just sit and wait for these pretty babies to hit the screen and end up in your mailbox!
What's your ultimate present on your wishlist this year?

Back to black

Ok not really but I'm back in La Suede! London was fun and a bit rainy and I'm not tired of it, yet, even if I've been there nine times now. Thank god for cheap flights with ryanair, haha. My feet still hurts after all the running on buses and tubes hey ho hey. I also went to Loughborough for a day to visit a sweetiepie. The most amazing Westwood shoes broke my heart. They were on 60% sale and I could get them for £140. I'm a size 40/41 and I asked for size 40 but they just had 41. No problems (I thought) and just asked if they had the 41 size in stock and yes. It was a bit scary to try them on cus I've been DREAMING about these shoes for a long time now. When they were on, I saw that there was a little space between my heel and the shoe. Maybe 1.5 centimeters. And the shoes should stretch more..C'EST MISERABLE. I ended up with another pair of VW heels instead but I promise you that I'll get my dream heels very very soon.

Accessory; dog

Me and my big black wolf. Isn't he a good accessory? Westwood skirt and top + le monki shoes. I can't wait for shopping in London soon. I need a VW ring and typically the size I need is out of stock on their website. Sadly we dont have Westwood here. But then again..I've got something to look forward to!

Obession; VW dresses

The one and only VW dress

Allrighty. I don't have 10 dresses from her but I do have one, and it's my best friend! Ok, not really but I love it. Vivienne Westwoods dresses just look amazing and they have this retro feeling that I like. The queen of burlesque (Dita Von Teese) wedding dress was designed by Westwood (a purple dream and Christian Louboutin also designed all her shoes, envy envy!) You can also see a beautiful wedding dress in the new SATC movie (I'm sure you haven't missed that one) from VW, it's amazing! Time to save money for my wedding dress now? Maybe..?
